Granny's gone and done it again

"Fun" at the folks' house is all relative. Sorry, couldn't resist.
Hope you had a good time with your sis! :)
We did! Didn't get much done. Lots of planning, though. We are very good at planning!

was it a match Wishing ?
No, dog had been adopted out 3 weeks ago. Guess they don't make updating the web site a priority. She probably wouldn't have taken him unless he was really super special. Only 10 months old with that kind of is still a baby. A big baby!

I been sitting here catching up since I got home. Need to feed Scoot and get the chicks in. Back in a bit.

Wishing that does sound cheap to me for the cremation. That's not a lot to spend for one of our family pets. Do you plan on burying or are you just going to keep it?
No, I just had her go in the group cremation. They will spread the ashes in garden that you can go visit. I have her collar and pictures and memories. I don't need more than that.

Thats a lot more then here. Including bloodwork , exam and putting Roberts cat down was $80-85.00 . Cremation was $10.00
Everything is more here, starting with the rent the vet pays for the building. This was emergency care too, which usually costs more, but it was on par with most vets. 80lb dog costs more to deal with than 10lb cat.

Ok, really going to do evening chores now.

I know what you mean wishing. When Chloe died I thought about keeping her wings. Then I figured It would just make me upset when I seen them. Thought about taxidermy too. I think that;s what I going to get pearl to do to me when I go. Prop me up in a chair by the chicken coops. I could make a joke about me being stiff but I'll try to control myself.
