Yes I know, you go hard on poultry beef and pork, here the lamb is more common but not has poultry and beef,

I like fish and poultry best, then beef and lamb. Not much pork. I like rabbit, but it's not easy to come by. When I was a kid, they used to sell it at the local supermarket.

I have had plenty grilled meat but smoked ? Unless thats the same thing I dont think I ever had any .

Smoked is good. Meat gets cooked at a lower temp and special wood is added to increase the smoke flavor. Hickory is popular, but fruit tree wood is nice too. We like to smoke salmon, but haven't done it in a while. Very good stuff!!

19 was off by her self in the buck-brush. And Vickie and Robert discovered that she calved sometime today But after I left the farm. Calf is up nursing and flicking its tail around.

So only one left is Maiah my first timer .

4 CALVES since June 28th-Comet then 7/2- Star 7-4 Enola and 7-5 SBR 19 !
