Granny's gone and done it again

Whatever he'll take. I don't have much besides honas. Only 8 hens in the layer coop. I'm going to give him a couple banty hens too. I have 4 hona roos I need to process. I think after that I'll be in a good place. Still too many, but I can't choose.
have you tried selling the honas lately or ??

this is why I think if you want to pick a breed to raise it should be a heritage bird. All these others are fads for most and are going to come and go in popularity. By the time you get a good breeding stock people are off to the next breed.

Someone in the house used a metal spatula in mine and there's a nice scrape. Other than that it's doing well so far.

Yes I've had pans that didn't last long! Hard to find good ones nowadays.
I love my magnalite pots the most..I have some Cooks brand that are pretty good too.

Nope.

Camp, do you have any duck eggs left and if so what day are they on ?

Not sure. I need to organize the nests tonight and try to move a couple into the broody suite. Maybe try to put the ducks in the juvie side of the coop, move the juvies out.

I'm going to incubate some eggs in Aug/Sept after DD gets in her house & GD is on school. I need some pullets to start laying in the spring as i have about 8 hens that will be 2&1/2-3 years old & need to be sold/given away for baking hens.
