We can't afford to smoke neither but we do. But I've cut way back and we smoke the cheapest that we can. I too will sell about all that I have for ac.
No but it's so aggravating having to put our flipflops on before stepping out of our car to go into the grocery store to get eggs and milk because the weather man called for a slight chance of snow flurries that could possibly dump a tenth of an inch of snow on us over night. The struggle is real.
I'm sure that you have enough material by running the motel to write 2 or 3 books. I love going to the beach sitting on the balcony and looking in peoples windooo. I love the beach.not yet but I should you would be amazed at what you see/hear/are asked when you run a motel.
