Camping, Hows your baby ducks doing ?
They're scared of me, but they wag their little tails and chirp and watch me with big sweet puppy eyes. I need another video. man that put the statue down already has plans for it. LOL said he will come back in the spring and dig a hole for a small pond I have then plant some hostas around/ behind it.
They've tripled in size. They're scared of me, but they wag their little tails and chirp and watch me with big sweet puppy eyes. I need another video.![]()
I'm thinking about moving them out of the brooder already, just putting a lamp on the small coop. Still not a feather anywhere.
Well shoot, as long as he's gonna dig the hole! Cool. Wish you could come to the dog show too. I haven't been to one in a long time.
Sis just called and I have to start getting ready to go. Need a shower and about half an hour to get my pants on and try to tie my shoes. arg. At least I can still do it myself, just takes a while. More advil please!!!
Morning, all! Well, the late summer weather has come to an end -- it is a cold, rainy morning here in the great NW - and I love it! Up earl with "the baby" (kitten) so DS can sleep in since it's the weekend - I swear, it's almost as bad as having a human baby in the house sometimes, except you have one little body that has the needs of an infant AND the mobility and troublefinding ability of a toddler...very good thing they are cute!
Trying to decide where today is going to take us - leaning towards nowhere at all, after all a nice rainy day is perfect for curling up with a nice blanket, right?
LOL - I don't really get an extra hour -- in fact this morning I got even less sleep than normal -- something woke DH up around 5 and that, in turn, woke me up --- thinking it's going to be a LOOONNNGGG day here, lol.Good morning all.Ugh. Everyone else speaks about how they get an extra hour of sleep and I'm over here like, "Yep. I'm waking up at 6:30 to feed the goats, or else they will be really mad because they're breakfast is an hour late."![]()

Sounds like a plan - glad you got some good sleep.Morning, I slept good for a change. Only got up once I think. Dont really remember that. Plans for the day, pork chops just now out of the freezer, unload the hay , shower , eat and sit on my boot. Of course this is all after I finish a pot of coffee. LOL
Still no Twist ? Hmm, Hope he didnt shoot himself in the foot. . Now chiggers, that would be funny but not a hole in his toe.
Morning, camp -- good kids, well except for the leaving something open to let the goats into the feed. Love Bubba 'going to the farm' - glad he found another egg, even if he didn't get to have them this morning, would have been a bummer for him to go out and not find something.Morning y'all. Kids did farm chores this morning. I had to go get the goats out of the feed.Bubba wanted eggs but we only had four. He kept saying "four eggs and four people! Perfect!" Then he said "I'll got to the farm and get more eggs!" And he did find one more! But I had already cooked grits.![]()
Morning! A bit drizzly out there, but nice. I am mobile today, but that's about it. Sis is looking for a new fridge today, and I might tag along for moral support.

Now that is a plan - hopefully he remembers this plan come spring because I can't wait to see pictures when it's done!man that put the statue down already has plans for it. LOL said he will come back in the spring and dig a hole for a small pond I have then plant some hostas around/ behind it.

baiting is illegal here but I could say it was a "feed" pile for the yaks/chickens.![]()
