Ofcorse, the fruit trees are grafted and after the scion died it stopped producing Auxin that depress the stock buds from growing, and they grow, so you basically got some kind of wild peachesI had 4 free stone peach trees . They made a pretty good size peach. And so juicy. Good. They died off at about 15 years. Normal lifespan I understand. Some sprouts started coming up from the base of one dead tree and put on peaches but was an entirely different peach. Wasn't any good at all
