Morning. Inspectors finished the kitchen part first thing. Got two boys cleaning up at the farm. Seems Herkey and Bettie are going to co-brood even though Bettie is still setting her clutch. I saw a teensy head under her wing and it was that chipmunk. Herkey left her last egg that was also a partial zip and dead. Poor thing.

hope they get done and out of your hair quickly. Congrats on the new baby

My dad complained constantly about his dr. He just hated the guy... went on for years. In fact, it kept him from going to get checked out when he took a swan dive off the front porch steps onto the concrete. He finally called me and admitted what happened because he couldn't bend his knee or move his shoulder. I told him to ask around and just pick a new dr. Can't be much worse than the old one, and if you don't like him, we'll keep trying. He did, and the new guy is great. Dad was very relieved to find someone he got on with. You have to have a good rapport with the person who is going to be poking or prodding at you! I mean, what if they need to touch your feet or something??

Looked at trucks an d started crying again, i am so Sorry i messed up my truck! These trucks are nasty!

Took my hubs 3 yrs to find the car he wanted at the price he was willing to pay! Do you have to have one right away? And if you got t-boned, you had A LOT of help messing up your truck.

What a relief when the inspection is all over. And no more for 3 more years? yay! I will be checking back in for when you post pics of your new little fluffers. You're going to post some, aren't you?

I peeled the dead baby to show the boys and talk about incubation. Yolk was absorbed, everything looked fine. It wasn't even stiff. I told them an hour earlier and maybe I could've saved it. Then I said "ITS NOT DEAD TIL ITS WARM AND DEAD." And I put it under Bettie.
