I bought /paid for a pork loin last night looked so good. was seasoned already. Bought sides for it and sides for my other meats. Now all I have is sides. LOL mashed for dinner ?

On the lighter fluid I never use it just the chimney like some posted a photo of by in about 15 minutes your ready to cook if you searing a steak. But for chicken or pork you have to let them cool or use indirect heat

hahaha, Its easy to stay awake when Toms snoring. vibrates the house. You didnt get any sleep either. Hope you get a good nap today.

Wishing, when I was younger without health problems an aspirin helped me sleep. Maybe a smaller dose of melatonin ?

Yeah, I need to try it. Advil helps me sleep, but I don't want to take it unless I'm having pain.

Wishing I've heard those things are jut as good if not better than lighter fluid. I may have to give one a try. Although I'm not sure if it's actually the char or the lighter fluid taste that I like so much lol

I don't like the smell of it. The chimneys work fine, just need some newspaper to start it. Got a new one last year that is wider and shorter... it works better.

I ended up taking my husband to the urgent care this afternoon.
Who ever thought putting a beehive in our front yard where we have to mow was a good idea, well it's not because the mower DH is allerigic to bees , guess what. He got stung. My whole afternoon shot. No yoga for me today.. oh he got three shots, lol

That's terrible. Get stung and still have to get three shots.

Hi all, So very sorry I worried you all. Big hugs.
I did need to take Tom to the ER as I just couldnt get his sugar down. I think I told I went to give him yet another shot and found him eating. He started getting mean and He said I aint going to the hospital. Well, Robert heard him and came out of his room and got him in the van so I was a bit rushed.
They got his sugar down and discovered an infection in the urine tract or bladder. either or, he got antibiotics .
We were there for 5 hrs . I believe. Then I went to get his pills and to wal mart for bread. $75.00 later we are finally home. Remember when I got some extra grocerys a few months back ? Today was paybacks. All my meat is MIA except for one lousy pack of hamburger. I called the store, Not at the reg. Said bring my receipt in between 7-10 am tomorrow . They are tarring 421, the road I have to take to get into town. It was 2 packs missing, I probably wont go. It will cost that much in gas. factor in the heat and I cant see that its worth the trip.
