That would be reasonable. But I would think that $31 for parts and a hours work wouldn't come to $160.00. Maybe I'm missing something.

Granny line your biscuit pan with foil, lay your bacon out til the pan is full about 350 and read for a few minutes and check it cook it til it dun to suit you take it out pour your oil off and repeat I usually cook 4 lbs and keep the leftovers in the fridge

chewy/crispy are we talking 10 min-an hr.? I like your idea of cooking a lot at once !

3xs the cost of parts is general rule Red.

Good Lord. Even at the cabinet shop that I worked at we only doubled the cost of materials. If materials cost $100 then our bill would be $200

Unfortunately Pearl didn't know and told them to fix it. They have another one of ours there too. I called and told them to leave that one alone and I'd fix it. It will be rough on me but if they charged that much foe the first one I don't wanna know what they'd charge for the other one.
