Granny's gone and done it again

Are you kidding me? 1.5 hrs in line to vote. That's ridiculous.

Hmm I just looked it up. It is a method of cooking by placing food in a plastic bag and submerging it in boiling water.

I got one of them. stoffers makes them. its in a plastic tray and mine is easier cause you dont have to boil water and it comes out in min. fully flavored

Not boiling. Boiling temp is 212 which would overcook everything. 165 is enough to destroy pathogens (ground beef or reheated foods). It goes down from there.

They are also wifi/blue tooth enabled, so you can activate from your phone. I'm excited to have fewer dishes. I think I can run a sink full of water and use that for cooking. :lau

Got Granny' , Enola's , and Sheila's Official Registerations in the mail today. Complete with prenumbered ear tags NOT the kind I use and I don't have the type of gun these require and I ain't going to buy another. I chose they tags numbers to match the ones that the Mn State vet applied.

Byc is all FARKED up back latter

I'd suggest calling around to the area vets and/or some other farmers and see if they have the right gun -- chances are you'll find someone with one and they can lend it to you ...... you don't Facebook, do you? Maybe you can appeal to one of your friends that do to post looking for it on an area page.....

Well that's an upside. My husband has our hot water heater up so high the water will scald you.

LOL - same here, LOVE it for cleaning greasy stuff from dishes, melts it right off......just have to remember to warn guests not to use straight hot water for anything. And for things that I need "boiling hot" water for I just run it straight out of the tap and it works for all sorts of cooking, makes getting water to boil on the stove easier too since it is *this* close when it hits the burner.
I am used to it as the office I used to work in had a booster set to take water to that temperature as it had previously been used as a commercial kitchen with a three sink wash station.
