When I was listening over the phone to the nurse, I'm pretty sure she said they didn't have to use them. I bet it's a precautionary measure since they are messing with your heart. If you are all hooked up, they have more control.

Us men do get ourselves in trouble sometimes chasing the young hens. I thought pearl was still young enough but I was wrong too. Oh well I'm happy as long as she don't kick me to the curb.
