I don't know about beaver, or muskrat, or any of them others but we caught possums live and penned them up a fed them corn bread for a month to clean them out be fore we eat them

You've been welding? oh dear. That can't be very good for your back. Did you learn to weld old school? My dad was telling me the welds had to have perfect beads, all the same size, or the teacher would make them tear it apart, scrape it down, and try again, as many times as it took to be perfect.

I had to take my time but it was still rough on me. I actually haven't welded since I was 23. I use to work at industrial sheet metal building commercial ahu units. Had to learn to weld there. I love it but when I weld galvanized metal Which was often there, I always felt like I had the flu because of my sinus problems and all of the little floaters that would fill the air while welding. I couldn't do it anymoe though because of my health.

Skinning a deer? I would really like to learn to tan hides. Do you know how to do that?

That's a heck of a lot of work. Ive done one deer skin and a few squirrel skins. But they never turned out as good as I hoped.
