can chickens get worms if they never been on the ground or with others ?

YES, you can pass some worms eggs from other or they ate an intermediate host, like a cockroach, snail, a beetel ect.

there was very tiny black bugs under their water dish they were eatinf a week or so ago. I moved them to a better cage , gave shavings for the first time and now one has a very tiny amount of green poop. Still has good weight and health.

Granny Don't know if I asked it before, but is it legal to get a medical prescription for a medical Canabis where you live? It is giving a grate realif to people with chronic pain, with no side affects, no liver, kidney problems!
