I found out that they got this skunk in the brooder room, a young one. Probably a sibling of the one that SPRAYED Rod IT has since joined momma and sibling in the burn pit.

OH did I mention they (county) removed the burn ban. NOW I just need a wind free day.

this one to the best of my knowledge only got the 3 from last week. Must have been hoping for more, Last I checked I do NOT have a KFC, Popeye's , or Cooco Roo signs over the run or on the building.

I want to pan fry some chunks of fish. What can I use to coat the fish in?

We coat the fish in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Works good for pan fry.

Never mind... just read you don't have bread crumbs.

Sear it in a little oil, finish with a bit of butter and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
