I want to pan fry some chunks of fish. What can I use to coat the fish in?

Dip it in scrambled eggs, uncooked of course, and then dip in breadcrumbs. Season to taste.

How about crackers, you can crush them in waxed paper with a rolling pin.

hi all, Missed you today. I have the boys to bed and it is peaceful now. Im laying in bed eating chips and drinking tea. CB has a nasty cough. Big day tomorrow as well . Probable the next 2 weeks are going to keep me a little busy. Toms prints finally came back and they dont know why it took so long. But, we all have to do them again because the first time was an emergency basis and not they need non-emergency prints. Thats you tax $s at their finest. . Same place , same prints. Boys start back to school tomorrow .

Hi Granny, Glad things are settled for the day for you. Quiet time is important. I had two sinks full of dishes to wash tonight. I have been working outside a lot on my coop. I will be so happy when it is done!

I bet you will. I took 3 yrs. LOL Kept turning the run into coop and adding run . ended up with a flat roof . did everything including put a roof on but it leaked so hired an amish boy to put a rubber roof up over the coop and run then added more run. LOL

It is down to 79 at 11:00 pm , with 74%humidity! Just absurd. Gotta go clean the litter boxes.

Oh my oh my! I bet they are so happy to be with family. Hope the school bus comes early!!! How is CB's foot doing? Is he walking ok now? Will they get breakfast at school? (I know, I ask too many questions.)

I guess we won't be seeing as much from you now. Busy busy busy.

They were all glad to see me. even the one thats mad at me. I got lots of hugs. school IS early ! They have their own bus. bahahahaaa CB is not walking right but maybe its expected . Im not sure. He will need to be seen for sure. He walks like I do with that left foot out . Breakfast and lunch at school, snack and dinner here and possible a bedtime snack as well.
We worked on a grocery list together today. Didnt have time for a lot .

He is super smart. He took the remote and scrolled through the guide I asked what ya doing ? He said Im looking foe spongebob. found it and said there it is and turned it to that channel.
