I honestly am not sure if I needed to borrow or not BUT figured since my interest renewal I sup next year I would do it early and then take extra in stick it in savings for a cushion. And do it before this years taxes 2016 are done and it doesn't look so good.

no it was a 20 year commercial mortgage but the interest comes up for renewal every 6/7 years and the rates are really good right now so will lock that bad boy in for a few years.
