Thats a good Idea, thanks. I did my kids one at a time . I have that woman coming at 830 and this house is a wreck. There aint thing I can do about it. I dont even have a clean table for her to sit at. Its loaded up w/ clothes.

What woman & if it's a CPS worker they will be able to see you need things yet for the boys LIKE FOOD, storage bins for kiddos clothes, a better working dryer. You are not wonder woman, these people need to help.

they said put their nose in the corner, sent to bed, computer took away, no tv, kill myself, write sentences about what I did wrong , time out half hr, go to different room for time out for 2 mins.

When my kids were young a timeout was suppose to be as long as how old they are. So like if the 4 year old gets a timeout it would be for 4 minutes & during this time there is no talking, no getting out of the timeout chair or the time starts back at zero. A little kitchen timer works great for this.

I been on bipap for 7 years NO WAY would I go back to those headaches, nothing short of being knocked out helped all because I stopped breathing when I slept. That's what blame all my orneriness on lack of oxygen to the brain all them years

I had to use my machine or I am really bad tired. It has been hard this summer with the heat.. I have the full mask also. I bought a fan to run on my face while i sleep or if I just cant get to sleep i take it off and wake up at midnight and put it on. I agree it is hard to get used to but if can it will make a difference . Oh and I had to get a humidifier for mine. that helped alot also.

Mine has a humidifier still couldn't adjust to it.
