Can you please tell me why the radar picture always has big green yellow spot. It is always there. The one above Antioch.

When you see persistent, out-of-place radar echoes, wind farms are a good bet. Indeed, Wikipedia suggests that there are 750 wind turbines in the Rio Vista area.

Thanks, I can definitely see the turbines in the satellite view... I guess they reflect differently from the hills themselves.
