Gas here jumped 40 cents/gal the second the news of the Houston disaster broke. My truck gets about 15 mpg; I don't go anywhere I don't absolutely have to.

Yeah, they already have gas under ground. They need to keep the price stable until the price they are paying actually goes up. Greed reins in our society. It is sad.

It makes me sad and mad when i see what my DIL does not do. My younger grandson does not talk yet.He is 2 y/o. He is still in diapers. He screeches and points when he wants something. She is home 24/7. This is not the first child with speech issues. The other 2 young ones are very hard to understand. The house is a major mess. WTF does she do all day?

good morning all caught up.

Did all of my usual sat chores , and then Robert, Vickie and I had a nice meatloaf , boiled turnip and corn on the cob dinner. (at least I had corn on the cob) they cut theirs off the cob. Then we visited and what not, They didn't leave until after 10 pm.
