Sorry to hear you took a fall as well. We just don't bounce as well as we used to. My whole body hurts, hit hard. Barked up my shin on the wood stake. Thankful I didn't break anything else. Wrist is throbbing, have been doing I.C.E with it. I'm hoping it won't take too long to get into the hand doctor. It is splinted so I can't use it.

The older I get, the farther away the ground seems. There is always so much time to think about how much it's going to hurt when you finally land.
