Granny's gone and done it again

My cochins live with everyone! And I can't wait to see how they hatch. :D
Good to know! I've only had 2. Could have just been my two. They didn't seem very savvy... kind of slow in the thinking dept.

I told ya she was a manly girl lol is she in with a roo by chance?
No large roosters here. Only little Serama guy in a different coop far away. Spike is absolute lowest in the pecking order and jumps like mad when an older hen fusses at her. Me, she's good. CCLs are exact opposite. Ignore challenges from all but the very top hen and won't have much to do with me.

I have a Buff bantam Cochin and she always bites me. That started after she started laying.

What about your son? Make him go out there after spike! He doesn’t mess with them right?

He looks VERY happy !
Oh yeah! That's a classic Jag. He sees himself driving that around, soaking up all the admiring glances.

I just texted him asking if it was loud there. He replied WHAT? Normally he'd be complaining about the noise, not making a joke. Amazing what a good mood can overcome!

Yes! Mine went into survival mode, remember? They wandered without food or shelter for over a month. I checked on them every few days but they were happy and healthy and not getting picked off.

Ointment i think. But if you are putting it in the eye you need opthalmic like Terramycin.

According to Kathy the plain trip-antibiotic ointment can go in the eye.
