I believe the closest Lowe's is 100 miles away. And for most of what I need/use Menard's is cheaper. They even put a Home Depot out of business in Bismarck

If we had Menards here I'd be there all the time!

I had a very successful shopping trip. If you can believe it, TSC is charging $10.99 per bale of STRAW! The lady said it is compressed so it is more like 1.5 bales. Still overpriced if you ask me. I got a hose on sale, mallow cups and beef sticks both on sale, plus 2 foot wide x 10 feet HC for $15.
Went to Lowes and got a new shower head, maybe it will be better than the crappy one i have. Got a crepe myrtle that is supposed to have red flowers on sale there and a sheet of plywood to build the cat scratch post from. Plus one more 2x4x10' for the top of the run.
At Wally World i got 4 bushes for in front of the house, on clearance for under $7 each, they look like $20 at Lowes! I took all they had left, sadly only 4.

2 weeks is too long . No sleep last night I almost fell asleep then the kids came home, dog barking CB decided to make pancakes. Took Tom and myself to clean up. I am on a cane. Got some bad news today. Boys have all next week off school. It couldnt be the week after .

Got through security ok the first time but everything was running late so I went out to smoke. Started back through ,gave my wallet and everything in my pockets, went through fine but just as my wallet came through I heard WAIT ! OPEN YOUR WALLET ! HU? he has his hand on his gun and my heart is flipping and brain is clicking WTH ? Gun ! he yells , I threw my hands in the air and said I dont have a gun. BTW, Why would he give me my wallet and tell me to open it if he seen a gun?? He said, oh, never mind, its just out program updating.

When the program is updating, NO ONE SHOULD GO THROUGH. If it reports guns that aren't there, it could skip weapons that are. Your heart must be healed pretty good if you made it through that.

So the beds and furniture and clothes all go with the boys, I hope. And They will have DD signed up for food stamps. And I suppose They will be having regular inspections for a time.
Next week will be fun, and when they are gone, you are going to miss them.
