DD said I need to quit laying in bed all day. Gee I wouldn't be hurting if she was here to put her DD to bed is what I told her. She brought in the meat & left the rest for me to do then didn't know why I was tired.

DH told me today that he knows I do a lot, and he doesn't know how. That was nice to hear without a fight and meltdown first.
I feel more stressed with Hawk brooding than when I incubated the shipped silkie eggs. Camp idk how you manage!
Oh I stopped by the dollar general on the way home and bought 2 boxes of brownies to make. And a pack of mini mounds bars.
Making homemade tomato soup & grilled cheese for supper. Easy since I am so tired from grocery shopping. Still need to pick up eggs & put goat in the pen. My back is throbbing.
Practice, and chain smoking in the waiting room.
Monday will be the 2 week mark and I just don’t know why it’s going so slow! I wanted a broody so bad in the spring. Now that I have one I’m not exactly thrilled.
8 eggs today. Goat wrestling over. Forgot I made blueberry pie yesterday. It's Granny's recipe. Delish.
Just remember chickens been doing it since creation ,they actually don’t need us to propagate!
