You can probably tell by the way it feels. If you feel enough pain that you need to not do things as usual, then you probably have a cracked or broken bone.Probably the same as anyone else, not even certain if it's broke
Yes spine is trashed, too much hard labor & over lifting my whole life.Do you have spinal stenosis? You can have permanent damage from the constant pressure on the nerves. They have fairly simple procedures to "rotor-rooter" the impacting tissue/bone away so the nerves can do their thing. Might increase your leg control.
Ya, pretty sure somethings going on there. I'm pretty tough, but it's not getting better so I suspect that I fractured something. You can probably tell by the way it feels. If you feel enough pain that you need to not do things as usual, then you probably have a cracked or broken bone.
Oh I'm moving, but hurts like a sob at timeshope not but if your not moving probably
Yeah, husband suffered a couple of days then got tired of it and went to the doctor. You may as well be comfortable while you rest.Ya, pretty sure somethings going on there. I'm pretty tough, but it's not getting better so I suspect that I fractured something.
I have lots of trouble with balance & my ears are a big part of it.If you can, try stretching or walk around when it happens. Try drinking something, maybe some milk (it's vitamin fortified). Massage? I never have figured out how to make my twitchy eye stop. It's embarrassing when people notice.
Oh. I hope it's not a break. Have you ever had your ears checked? Sometimes inner ear problems can cause balance problems.
Can't imagine I will be comfortable. Doctors never prescribe pain meds. Swear to God my past crappy doctor blacklisted me as a drug seeker or something. I have had a number of bone breaks in the past 11 years & absolutely zero pain medicine prescribed.Yeah, husband suffered a couple of days then got tired of it and went to the doctor. There is no way I'm using a cane. Clumsy me would manage to trip over it or something lol.Maybe you need a cane to help your balance.
