Just hope you don't have a pilonidal cyst. I have seen those cut open and they smell like poop inside. Very painful!

cap, I got those steroid shots there about 5 yrs ago and a bubble came up. I can feel it squish when I move back and forth on a hard chair. I thought the shots may have just collected there .

Nope, those shots are absorbed by the body pretty quickly.
