No, it doesn't drain. They put in a bubble of air and it helps hold it in place. So you have to stay face down all the time for weeks. I would go nuts!

you ever burn pictures then put it on a burned block of wood ? Those look cool. Bet you could sell some chicken pictures . Black and whites look the best.

I sure can't sleep on my belly. You should see the cysts some goats get! Really full of nasty pus! With some of the cysts people get, you have to cut out the sac that forms so it doesn't fill back up with pus. I have seen that done.
