I saw that. Been busy. Monthly grocery shopping yesterday. Takes all day by the time I put them away. Very tired today. Back aches. I didn't go to church.

Hope you feel better soon. I have a few pains as well. The good part is once i get to sleep i don't feel them any more until i wake up.

That's what I use for a brooder.

I use one i made. I think the next one will be a bit bigger. They grow so fast!

I am wore out. So Tom said he was buying 5 tolbunts. Robert decided he wanted to come with us and actually wanted to buy me 2 more ! The guy has 9 total. I was thinking fast and picked out the 7 , asked him if I buy 8 will he throw the last one in free ? So I paid $10 and got 9 tolbunts and he also put a BLRW in the mix. so 10 new littles. Robert paid straight up with his rolled change and I havent seen Toms money yet but thats ok, I know where he lives. One of the tolbunts, the last one in there wasnt looking spry . I get home and it seems a little shocky . A good look reveals a pc. of shavings stuck to the butt. Soon as I took it off it pooped green (first poop) . They just hatched thursday and friday.

You sure did go do it again... and got serious case of chicken math too! How great that Robert went along and good job saving that little. Hope these chicks satisfy all your chicken desires!
