fruit salad is done , birds been in the oven at least an hr. I wish every one of you could be here to suffer Um eat with us today. I literally put my blood, sweat and tears (onion) into this meal as Im sure it will be the last one I host.

I made the mistake of actually sitting in the sucker chair about 9:45 pm and relaxing and having a smoke. Woke up at 11:30 locked up , showered and went to bed. Up at 8 am.

I need to get started but going to enjoy a cup of 2 of coffee and chatting here for a bit first. Just doing 2 pumpkin pies today. Then stuffing, bird and peeling the spuds for mashed tatters. Got everything cut/chopped for the stuffing last night just need to slightly cook in butter before shoving it up Boyd's ask

LMAO not yet I don't think we are eating until around 7 ish tonight. I won't start on the bird until Robert gets in around 11:30 Of course I have to clean the bird and start the stock with the giblets before that. And make the pie crusts and chill to relax the gluten before rolling them out.
