Went thru 1 and a 1/2 quarts of heavy cream and over 3 pounds of butter as well plus 2/3 of a cup of leaf lard for the pie crusts.

I was very happy with the food and SUPER happy that the gardens provided so much of the meal.

Squash, pumpkin, onions, taters, brocolli and all of the pickles and such other then the black olives.
