Well let's see if I can't get caught up over my lunch break. I doubt it, you bunch of chatterboxes!!

In house news, my realtor forwarded me an email from the seller's realtor. Apparently there are five offers in on the house and they're going to wait 48 hours before deciding on winners - to give the chance to get "best offer" in.

Aka they're trying to instigate a bidding war.

Oh well. Gives me more time to save and pay some stuff off.
