Sadly, I have to get going soon. Need to finish some things outside and then head over to the school to play taxi for today's cross country meet.


Bidding wars are legal. Gives house owners a chance to get top dollar, but sucks for buyers on a budget. No money is paid until the deal is done and goes through escrow. Star could potentially still get the house if people under bid. (yeah, I know, fat chance!)
