Skimmed to catch up. Down 13 birds! The lady came for the 6 free roos in the dinner club. Her DH had a brain injury and spends his time sitting out and watching the birds they have on 10 acres. They asked if I had any babies (because they saw the broody) and I showed them the tractor juvies. They took all 7 for $20! That was good karma.

Hello everybody very sad day for nana one of her tolbont hen died and she said "im not gonna try to breed them anymore" well i dont care what she says shes worked for three years for this and shoot if she wont try im gonna. 

Poor nana.

Chill days are good days -- curl up in a nice, comfy spot with a blanket and the laptop.




That's St. Helens -- it always looks grey/white on top even when it's not snowy because of the remnants from when it blew it's top, which is also why it looks so flatish on top.

Sometimes I think about trying to get some of those pine beetles and take care of the tree that way, but that would case more problems than it cures!

I have to get outside and take care of things before the rain comes.

My goats would love them!!
