I use a package of the lipton onion soup mix, 2 eggs, 8 crackers and hamburger of course. Half way threw the cooking time I mix ketchup with a little brown sugar and bake.
I use that too without measuring of course. LOL Here lately I have been using cheese-its . LOL
Yep to both -- though I do a 2/1 (give or take) ground beef and pork sausage blend on the meat, onion soup mix, worchestishire, egg and then I use crackers, bread crumbs or even oatmeal for a binder.....no sauce, just a lovely, crusty loaf of deliciousness!
