brother   couldn't hunt yesterday as ND has some really farked up rules for out-of-staters.      For the grand total of 122.00  they get 14 days of hunting  BUT  have to take in in 2, one week blocks and there must be at least a week in between.

It's conference week. I think the reason is that our schools are over populated so it takes them a week to do them.
