Dr said CB lump was most likely hormone related and an xray revealed same ol problem of being impacted.

LOL - was wondering the same thing -- have popped in a couple of times and left without even posting because I'd have been talking to myself.

I've been deep cleaning the kitchen, slowly but surely. I'm soaking the labels off some bottles, gotta clear a bit of clutter, a couples shelves left in the fridge, washing the cabinet fronts, and sweeping/mopping.

Can't wait to hear how they turn out!

DH said there's a few holes in the roof but nothing is broken. Very blessed.

I didn't write this but this sums up exactly how I feel.


Prior to the election I made peace with the fact that whatever happened it would happen as it was meant to and for a divine reason. If we have more difficulties ahead then so be it, it will be because we still have lessons to learn.

The election has certainly brought out a lot of ugliness but I continue to go back to an analogy Louise Hay made to cleaning the turkey pan after Thanksgiving dinner.....at first all the junk comes up to the top and it looks even worse then it was but it is necessary to get the pan clean..... I'm looking forward to seeing that bright and shiny pan again one day

DD is getting a good introduction to the "fun" of buying a house -- they were notified this morning that their closing is being pushed back, so far just by one day -- supposedly it's "due to the holiday" (Veterans Day), guess no one in the office they are working with bothered to look at a calendar when the plan was set originally. Just want this to go smoothly for them and for it to end up being a good move on their part (the mom in me is worried about them) -- she is waiting for another MRI to be scheduled to check the internal progress of her recovery but it doesn't sound like she is doing any better than she was this time last year, so frustrating.

I think I have made a good buy but need to make sure it holds temps first. I cant figure out which one it is but the cheapest I have found so far is $200.00 .

We have a friend who is a sou vide fanatic. He sears the meat before the water bath... not so good. In fact, we didn't care for it at all. Yours looks much better!
