there are no woods in this part of the country and Sun rooms cost to much and are un-useable for 4 to 6 months out of the year.

oh there will be , no worries there. And a small koi pond to sit and look at in the winter months. It has to have windows and heat. Then a little bench to sit out there in the warmer months.

I need to refloor sometime soon and I was thinking about pergo coz it was s'posed to be durable... Just a bit expensive; specially if it aint gonna work like promised.

In some area's of the country appraisers actually deduct value from homes with pergo floors I know in Cheyenne and used to be in Dickinson also

my brother (on in Sc)  just moved into a NEW build house with that in the kitchen and the dishwasher leaked.   The floor is now bubbled and  snags feet and foot coverings now.   He is NOT amused. 

In that case, the amount of mud the dogs track in would wreck it in a day.

I dont care about the fish really, just the moving water and I know how to make a "waterless waterfall".
