Twist, your house plan looks nice. Glass off the front porch and you have a sun room! Perfect for yak watching in the winter. You need another bedroom though (so there's room for meeeee!)![]()

No basement for me. I'm not sleeping with the potatoes! But a dumbwaiter is a good idea. Breezeway/covered walkway between house and garage is a good idea. Good place to clean off dirty dogs before going into house and gates at either end make a quick emergency kennel.

there is already one of those at that farm, only not as nice as the stacked rock is not coated with cement. and bottom is full of water. We got it up and running this summer even my 2 horse sump-pump can NOT pump it dry. Nice clear water using it now as it is between the tit and the rodeo grounds just west of the old horse barn.
