I went to the garden. Something has eaten the greens again. I think rabbits because i didn t see any deer tracks. My second row of greens haven t come up yet. I have never had these problems before. I think its because of the drought. I can take chicken run wire off top of my dog kennel, cut in strips and put over the rows i guess. More work

Dh doesnt want me to use dog kennel again for chickens. It sits tilted because ground is sloped & this bothers him. He says he s going to build me another pen with an attached coop. Last time he started on he put 2 corner posts in ground & 3 2x4s attaching them to existing pen. Went inside to rest & never worked on it again. After 2 weeks i finished except for roof. Friend of dd brought me some tin with nail holes & put it up for the roof. Leaks like a sieve. I think i ll have to put a tarp over it for the winter

Hmmm, might look into a can or two of that spray stuff that can seal up gutters, boats, etc -- quick and easy vs. having to put a tarp over it and repair/replace throughout the winter.

NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! probably between 45 min and 1 hour maybe less

X 2 -- the guidelines for pork cooking have been changed and it is no longer necessary to cook it to the dry shoeleather stage to be "safe".
you never answered me

Ask again in a few years.

I need a new skillet badly. I always buy teflon. I see no reason to buy a set when all I mostly use is the 12in. and those dont even come with most sets. Was pricing them at wal mart and $20.-25.00 for one stinking thing ! You know how many trips that is to Mcdonadls ? LOL
seriously though. thinking of trying something else . Is there something that wont stick ?
They have some useable ones at Family Dollar, etc that are cheaper than at WalMart -- they aren't as heavy-duty on the materiels used but for general day-to-day use can be an affordable option to get you through.

even if it is self-cleaning you STILL need to wipe out the ash and such. Also before self-cleaning a oven make SURE to check that the oven is empty

Well, for Granny there is no need to clean it if you never use it

Yep, I can't change anything and I can't do anything other than be there. I can't make things better and life is still happening around us so making the best of a bad situation is how it has to be.

He's doing really well thanks granny with his hand, just a little lump on it and he's pretty much doing everything as normal. He's shooting again so he's a happy bunny
