good evening everyone.

Finally figured out what to give/get Sherry and her hubby for Christmas, going to make them a batch of beans. Picked thru the dried beans today, lots of rejects. Will probably soak them Monday night and then do them on Tuesday, I should have enough containers around they may not all be matching. LOL

But they do freeze well (says so right on the recipe card) and then they can pull out and eat as they want.

my chair sucked me in again not sure how long I napped. I think I am suffering from per-hibernation syndrome. crave carbs and have the sleepies.

what is a "resistant starch" personally the only beans I like are green beans and occasionally wax (yellow)
