Twist, he's for sure better off staying put in that than braving the roads - 4wd or no, you can still get stuck or crash - especially when the zero visibility is going on. Very easy to get disoriented.

Good news we have power back at the farm. He said it got down to 33* in the house but in his sleeping bag it was so warm he had to hang bits out to cool off. Rod is heading back from Lemon ., SD in the am. Hopefully they have the roads open by then.
