I have never watched tv or movies on my computer. Guess I rather just run my mouth. LOL

So. May take them 48 hours to review before they fund. Which means....close New Year's Eve. Which is impossible cause they can't file the land titles documents that day.
Between when we were supposed to close and now, USCIS filing fees have jumped. (Need to file a removal of conditions on my green card so I can get a ten year one). I will also need to pay my landlord the full month's rent for January.
So. Ducking. Angry.

I've not seen it granny and no rule changes. All still the same.
