Granny's gone and done it again

Lisa, I was only up and around for about an hour and a half.  No heavy lifting for a day or two, or I will be laid up for several days.  I was up and down quite a bit today, so will do more walking and stretching the next couple of days.  I always feel so dumb when I mess up my back...  it's totally preventable if I think about it.
When it's your back it's pretty hard to do anything that doesn't agitate it. If I could go back a redo anything in my life, it would be being easier on my back. I can't control having arthritis, but I may have been able to reduce the other damage I've done to it.

How do you control that?
Medication, icing my back & heat packs occasionally. The rest of the time living with it.

If he is still up in a few hours maybe try to get him to take tylenol

ok wish I had thought of that first.

Mine was an injury when I was 18. Pregnancy and toting babies around was very hard and now it's really my fault for getting so heavy. 40 pounds ago, it didn't bother me nearly so often.

The benadyrl maybe will allow him to sleep for a bit. Maybe he will agree to half a pain pill if he's hurting too bad in a bit. How is your body feeling after manhandling that big section of nestboxes?
