That's somewhere between 20 and 25 pounds, The pink/red is from the smoke and the paprika The tray/pan is a 1/4 sheet pan



Same amount vacuumed packed and ready to be hauled to the meat freezer

There were identical twin boys born in Arizona on new years eve. One was born a bit before midnight, one after. Different days in different years for them.

My guys are 3 years apart, but born different centuries AND different millennia!

I am from the baby boomer generation and my brother 23 months younger is in the next generation along with sis and the baby brother was born in the 70's the rest of us the 60's .

I am getting about 80 lbs and Sherry is getting about 20. But yes and Gene and Lois did 200 pounds of sausage.
