Son has a neurotic rescue cockatiel. His companion is a parakeet that we've had for 8 yrs. Lupin is the blue one. Other dropped dead a few years ago.

I usually try to do it right away with my sticky ones. I run them under nice warm water, staying away from their nares. Then wrap them in a wash cloth. As I'm drying it I take a small soft tooth brush to it to try to brush out some of the crunches.

Granny, my gd had one of those fractires. Had to quit band. Couldn t hold up trumpet 6 moth later. Took 2 years to get back to normal strength in her arm

Ya them spoon breaks are horrible to heal. My nephew broke his like that playing soccer. Took a long time to heal.
