My FB friend that passed, they set up a go fund me for his funeral . So far they have $1,375. of $6,000.   I am so glad people are willing to help then it occurred to me , I dont have a thing either.   Including many FB friends. He had 100s . I am glad welfare will cremate me .  The charge will go against the house. So when its sold they are paid back.   Starting to sound like a commercial.  LOL

That's sad.

Morning all! 

Mornings , I had to do a mercy kill on a chick this morning.  This is why they tell you to use normal shaped eggs. The bullet egg I got tunded in the shell not knowing up from down I guess. It was the one that had pipped yesterday.  It had its beak out with yolk on the beak gasping for air. So it had already inhaled some yolk.  after examining it had busted its yolk sack and pulled its intestines out. 
I have 3 chicks this am . the one mix and 2 BLRW. they look good and are not sticky that I can tell.  They are very cute. 

Sorry about that one chick. Glad some more hatched! BLRW are Blue Laced Red Wyandottes right? They're so pretty!

Lol, it's funny to see the difference in what some people think is cold and what others think is cold. Those temps would be a heat wave to us right now.

A good pizza sounds good!

A good pizza is the best thing ever --- the local pizza place here in the town we live in is SOOOO good, it's the only place we'll get pizza from now and was DH's favorite way back when he lived here last (when we met) - he loves it so much I once flew a pizza back with me from here to NC for him when I had come out with the kids for a visit with the family and he wasn't able to get leave to come with us.

Aww can't wait to see that one grown, could be crazy cute. Hi everyone, hope all you that have storms coming have batten down the hatches. I had to drive out in one to go take care of my sick grand baby Thurs. Had to come home in the dark tonight ~ hate driving at night, but especially when it's icy or raining. Just glad to be home. Have a bad feeling I might be headed back. Got home, called dd to let her know I made it. Asked her about my gs, he now has diahrea. He's already been to the hospital once dehydrated 2 days ago. High fevers, barely drinking, sleeping around the clock the past 2 days. Poor baby was wimpering in his sleep this afternoon. Figured he was having tummy cramps from hardly eating in days, but must just have been cramps with the impending onset of the diahrea. That's the last thing he needs, praying he won't end up admitted to the hospital. Would love extra prayers from all of you that are willing.
