My sis made some this weekend from beef bones and it is delicious. I need to make more and see if it helps my gimpy hip. You can save up bones from meals you've eaten, put them in the freezer until you've got enough for a big pot. The more cartilage the better.I boiled my turkey carcuss & made the best turkey broth that i used for soup. Cartilage & marrow really make it better.
