still trying to figure out how to mail you some. Maybe if I freeze it solid in a container and then vacuum seal the container SUGGESTIONS , other ideas ??

zip lock baggie . Thats how I freeze my extra. You dont have to do that though. Its too expensive to ship.

If you take the meat out beans will keep in a fridge for a long time.

I was going to mail you one of these as a gag gift for Christmas but the shipping would have killed me as they are 50 pound blocks

I don't as the meat is bit and pieces of ham and the bone as well when you initially make it BUT know you I am sure you might need to grate your salt lick/block over it

LOL I do love my salt.
I think it would be super nice gift if you just write the recipe on an index card and I will add it to my others . Yes, there are others. I have about 5 of them.
