That's great, star, except for the hole in the one -- was that a surprise or did you all know it was in need of repair? Hope he gets it at least temporarily fixed before the rain sets in.

Rain has started up here. Ground is already saturated, so today will be fun. Next 5 days will be really fun!

Yep - sounds like us --- it started raining yesterday and is supposed to rain through the weekend I think -- combined with the snow we had on the ground it's going to make for some VERY VERY wet conditions. The city and county have put out their free sand bag supply centers (pretty nice - they supply sand, bags and shovels.....except the shovels get stolen....so folks can fill as many sand bags as they need)....we are lucky enough not to need them where this house is located but I was impressed they offered it for those who do.

hi all, running behind this day and getting "the look". So I cant stay . Im not going to town because neither one of us remember what we were going for. LOL I have some things to do here though. Slept a long time . Believe it or not I still feel that pill.

The hole in the ceiling was pre existing condition. Why we got a smoking deal on it lol. Hopefully hubs will grab some metal and his welder tonight...

Alright guys. Later tonight...I'm going to take some pictures of the inside of the house. And y'all who are willing may be able to help me decide on curtains. Mwahahaha. Hubs is being rather silent on this matter...sigh.

Phew. Finished labeling folders for 2017 AP. Now to hole punch and add spikey doos.
