thats just for the house . Not contents.  I dont know what that is. outbuilding is $9,000. But I only have one registered.
The thing you need is for your house to be insured for replacement value not for what you bought it for. You can't build a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, great room, large kitchen & livingroom home for 100,000.00 now or 10 yrs down the road if anything ever happened.

I am required to carry insurance on the amount owed . which is $40, some odd thousand. Looking at simular properties its worth $133,000. I think I could replace for $100,000 . But I havent priced them. I think I have good ins. They would even put us up in a motel for however long it would take to set another down here. So, Thats why I was asking. Ins. right now is about $70.00 a month .
