Granny's gone and done it again

Things haven t been normal for months. Dh wasn t eating what I cooked but eating pb&j sandwiches at night & laying on couch with sugar high all day refusing to take metformin right. A1c is 12.5.

not sure what this means but doesn't sound too good.
I hope you whip him back into "shape"

Morning Kiki! I wish we could go shopping. Bubba puked this morning, so he's home with me. I'm hoping it's just from drainage. I'm organizing the kids' old stuff by size so I can wash it and hopefully sell it too.

Tonight we have a cub scout's meeting.
We are suppose to bring a food that represents out family heritage.
I am going to make bean for my DH side of the family.

And I really want to make gumbo for my side but am thinking it's a little too expensive to make for people that probably won't eat it so I am going to stick with dirty rice instead.

I need to go buy some beans so I can get them started..takes a while to make.

OH...maybe I can make some deviled eggs too...but i would have to buy some eggs for that.
I am not using my precious eggs for others! lol

He's very stuffy and coughing a lot. No fever, no stomach pains. I think he just coughed too hard.

Tom found puke in the floor this am. Cat. He stepped in it. Bout gave me a heart attack Pretty normal for shadow.
